What is your most vivid memory of the kitchen in your childhood?
I can’t recollect much of the kitchen in my childhood as I lived in a number of houses during my formative years and none of them really stick in my mind apart from when I put my hand onto the hob and burned it when I was about 11.
As a child, who was your favorite relative?
I wouldn’t say that I had a favourite but when I was little my granddad was interesting mostly because he had a false leg and you could tap it and it would sound hollow, which was always fun when you were little.
What did you or did not like about the first apartment you ever rented?
That would have been my first accommodation when I went to University which was in Moss Side in Manchester right next to the old Man City ground. I liked the fact that I had a lot of storage space and a really lovely rocking chair in my room. There wasn’t really much to dislike as it clean and everything. If I had to say something it would be that kitchen was too small.
What kind of TV commercial would you like to make? Describe it.
One that was informative and fun and did not try to make out it was something that it wasn’t, or that it would make you a better person or anything like that, just that it was what it was supposed to be, and it did what it was supposed to do.
