In Anglia land television commenced at 4pm with the Anglia Newsroom followed by Women Today, a magazine programme; The Romper Room; Lost in Space: Fugitives in Space where Don and Doctor Smith are sent to an intergalactic prison after coming across an escapee.

The News was at 5.45pm followed by About Anglia a regional programme at 5.55pm, and Crossroads at 6.35pm.

7pm was Branded with Chuck Connors, 7.30pm was Mod Squad with Michael Cole, Peggy Lipton, Clarence Williams III, Tige Andrews as Captain Adam Greer.

Coppers End was next at 8.25 with Bill Owen, Richard Wattis, Josephine Tewson, George Moon, Kevin Brennan, Royce Mills and Hilda Barrie. This was a comedy show set in a police station written by Ted Willis, who was better known for Dixon of Dock Green amongst other things.

Hadleigh continued at 9.00pm with the last episode of the present series Whose Life Is It?

News at Ten was followed by Aquarius another magazine programme and then The Late Night film at 11.15 which was Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee in The Gorgon.
